Skating Ring plan: The state of the art polyethylene ring has important economical advantages and from the point of view of the mounting practicality. Generally a skating ring needs 5 persons, whereas our trails need only 2 persons: a person handling the unrolling on the coils and one person handling the connection of the tubes simplified due to the use of specific joints called gruvlock. These state of the art skating rings does not need any type of step board, in fact the polyethylene strips perfectly adjust to the surface avoiding the creation of any type of damage caused by rain (you only have to think of the paving stone in the squares).  Another advantage is given by the cast-off of a protecting caulk tape which can maximize the coldness produced by the refrigerating group. Our coils are placed on a polyethylene foil generating a strip with eight tubes, which once spread our and flanked one on another, facilitates the formation of the ice limiting the water dispersion problem. This prevents the accumulation of ice under the tube and it avoids the flanking of one against the other, limiting the possible breaks and inconveniencies. 

Refrigerator: Industrial Frigo ice has developed a line of refrigerating machines for the ice skating rings reducing the power consumption and facilitating the operation by the client (administrator of the skating ring).
The respective advantages are:
-a significant reduction of the encumbrances creating a unique refrigerating block.
-creating sizes for various measurements of the skating rings.  
-introducing instruments for the partialization of the powers.   

All these results have been positive, confirming a power saving capacity at max. 25%, for the consumption of our competitors.

The fixed rings of Industrial Frigo Ice are built according to the latest technological updates present on the market with high economical and environmental saving properties. All projects are assigned to the INDUSTRIAL FRIGO ENGINEERING department, our personnel being able to study various solutions case by case.  
 Generally the ice rings are made with refrigerating coils made of steel or plastic (high density polyethylene) submerged in concrete jets without joints nor retrieves. These coils have been internally set in the jet adopting specific strategies for fixing the structural framework, with 6-10 centimeter steps, and showing a particular attention to the vertical axis, between the tubes and the ring, the latter not exceeding 3-4 centimeters.  

The superficial ice temperature is controlled with probes submerged in the mass and with infrared thermometers, that directly measure the superficial temperature of the track. Industrial frigo ice has developed the know-how and technologies for refrigerating stations by introducing computerized systems which allow the division of refrigerating powers and controls through remote management.
